This mod adds a new country: The German Empire.

After the emperor knew that he was going to lose World War I, he had to flee.
A revolution broke out in the German Empire between the Democrats and the Communists.
He knew it was his chance to run away. He fled to Königsberg and set up a new regime there.
After the Democrats won the German Civil War, they didn’t have enough strength
to come to Königsberg, so they signed a peace treaty.
As of the 1930s, the Radical Party gaint popularity in the Weimar Republic, so a lot of people fled to the German Empire, which is now overpopulated.
The rest is historically accurate.
