A little mod that allows you recruit more units into the frontline according your need! From infantry divisions to elite armour division with heavy tanks! Using Political Powers, with Stability or War Support, even a minor nation can recruit these units! Just remember to stockpile enough equipment for them.
While at war, you can now deploy untrained, ill-equipped militias into the frontline. Only some major nations have unique militia divisions:
England, Home Guards
Germany, Volkssturm
Soviet Union, People’s Militia
USA, Mobilised National Guards
France, French Milice (Militia), Maquis (Resistance)
Italy, Blackshirts (CCNN)
Paramilitary Recruitment Program:
Now you need to pay attention to the generals from your high command, just like the Himmler SS recruitment program.
They will have different reactions if you push this program too far. They will NOT accept a parallel command structure.
