CWIC: Global Escalation

This mod is basically intended to work just as Mechano’s Millenium Chaos AI mod worked for Millenium dawn,
In fact, Its a combination of the scripts Mechano developed in his 2 Chaos AI mods. This mod just borrows elements of this code and changes it to work well in the Cold War Iron Curtain and makes changes to some of the features from those mods,
The mod doesn’t aim to turn the game into a lag fest with the world at war.
Instead its goal is to create semi – randomly generated AI wars which add to the experience of the cold war mod instead of just waiting for the Korean war to happen and then another 10 or so years before Vietnam happens.
The AI should now get more aggressive as world tension rises – For a player this means that there is more wars to send out volunteers and intervene in for whatever your goal is :). I like to see the cold war as an era of intervention through proxy wars…. if that even makes sense
Ideally the mod should have about 2 new wars on average every year with the rate increasing as global tension rises.
– First and foremost overtime all the "known issues" will be fixed.
– Plan on adjusting the aggressiveness of the AI and fine tuning who they declare on

None at the moment… then again It is a very early release of the mod and I have not done lots of playtesting.
Mechano. Its all his hard work and scripting which I just picked and choose what parts i used and as I said before – essentially reskinned to work for the CWIC making my own adjustments to the code.
Note: I have attempted to contact Mechano multiple times over 3-4months (If I am remembering correctly) which he has not replied to anything regarding permission, as such I went ahead with providing this for the CWIC community as I assume he is inactive modding HOI4 as his mods have not been updated in years.
