it was too HOI3,that is not fair for Vic2
so i made this version
base on "reworked map"(was deleted)
Vic2 texture and water texture is made by myself
thanks @Paraso find some bug

if you see "????" or some s**t thing
go to "Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent3943602194888126gfxfonts"
delete hoi_mapfont4.dds and hoi_mapfont4.fnt
