This mod plans replaces the Summers Federation with United States Military Remnants. This mod adds:

A focus tree with nearly 90 Focus’s
Over 20 Ideas
3 Unique Manpower Laws for Fort Summers
A new possible leader for the Sun Dogs, and several decisions and events.
