EOTW Fan Fork: Colourised Portraits Submod

As a big fan of the Emperor of the World mod, I was ecstatic when I saw it was back on the workshop again. Because of this, I wanted to replace its portraits with ones more akin to vanilla’s, as I found it’s monochrome pictures – whilst serviceable – lacking.
