Puma’s Non Historical Optimzer
Meant for use in Puma’s Non Historical Server with that rule set.

The Non Historical Optimzer combines Spot Optimization, Player Led Peace, and a number of other performance based changes into one mod.
To create a high speed per tick game, that more players can maintain easier.
Player Led Peace remains unchanged.
Below is a list of countries that have been removed/merged from the game.
Releasable cores in the have been merged into bigger unreleased countries per their region.
Even if a country is not on the map, as long as they possess a core, they tick each tick.
The War Propaganda vs "X Nation" has been removed, decisions are calculated each time you open the window.
Fewer decisions per players, per window opening reduces lag.
The generic War Propaganda has been modified to enable at 30% WT and support up to 60% WS.
Generic AI Countries, now also send Expeditionary Force less often, and call other nations to war less often. They still spam to join wars though.
Generic AI "should" build 20% less troops compared to their IC.
Most combined counties have been compensated for the loss of neighbor factory focuses and trade.
This compensation comes in the form of more Factories (Both), Infrastructure, Air Bases, Naval Bases, Resources, etc.
Most combined countries have their factories set between 6-9 Civs and 2-4 Mils. This prevents the AI from converting due to negative consumer goods.
All territory that has been absorbed is a core of it’s new owner.
Total Mobilization restricted to after Jan 1st, 1939. Except via Japan Focus.
Changed Water to non reflective texture.
Fixed state building slots for combined nations and gave coastal combined nations one Dockyard each, so the AI has convoys.
Added one province south of El-Alamein for gameplay reasons, as an experiment. (7/26/2020)
