Reichskommissariat Ruckus
In an attempt to create a new genre to the Hearts of Iron IV workshop, i present to you: Reichskommissaiat Ruckus.
Reichskommissariat Ruckus is some sort of minigame mod which utilizes the RNG system of HOI IV, placing you in the middle of Europe as Germany with an ongoing crisis that takes place in 1948. With a worldwide victory from the Axis in the Second World War, the Reich stands in a great struggle once more: Excessive amounts of autonomy to kommissariats, cooling of relations with foreign nations and several embargos from the last remaining countries which oppose the policies of national socialism left Germany without a single ally. The Central European behemoth now has to eye up it’s borders and ensure it’s own safety as a previous economic collapse not only weakened it’s industry, but also greatly reduced the capacity of the Reich to fund it’s own military.
In an attempt to introduce minigame mods to Hearts of Iron IV, Reichskommissariat Ruckus will be one of the numerous minigame mods i develop in hopes of bringing something new to the table. I hope you enjoy this mod as much as i enjoyed making it and yearn that any developer out there obtains their own inspiration to make something minigame-styled.
As said before, Reichskommissariat Ruckus utilizes the RNG system. Upon starting the game, it is to note that it is impossible to interact with other nations. Diplomatic actions from the Diplomacy screen, like justifying war goals, guaranteeing independence, etc. have been removed. On top of that, the feature to see the focus trees from another country has also been hidden. This creates an eerie atmosphere in which the player is not informed whenever a country will either ally them, or declare war on them. Countries have a 50% chance to either ally or antagonize Germany (with an exception of Ragnarok Mode & Hard Mode). There is no clear goal, except avoiding capitulation at all costs.

- Three unique gamemodes which forces players to change their playstyle.
- Ragnarok Mode, eliminating any chance of a country allying Germany for the sake of total war.
