The original Beautiful States [ https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1144394862 ] is on hiatus while the author is serving in the Republic Of (South) Korea Army. It’s still up, and still subscribe-able, but it hasn’t been updated since last April, and will not and cannot be updated before October — again, because the author is serving in the ROK Army. And right before heading off, he gave permission for other modders to maintain and reupload the mod, effectively if not actually putting it under a cc-by-sa license.
