Doomguy’s Africa Mod
This is a small mod meant to add additional flavor and details to the African countries in Hoi4. The main beneficiaries are Ethiopia and Liberia, but all the releasable countries gained at least a portrait or two as well.
MAIN CHANGES
New portraits for every African country (except South Africa).
Political party names for African countries.
Releasable countries start with no focuses done in 1939 start.
Mod is compatible with anything that doesn’t change the Idea files for Ethiopia or Liberia, or the History files of any African country.
Big thanks to the Kaiserreich team for putting a lot of effort into areas that rarely recieve much attention, which helped a lot in making Africa’s portraits a little more lively. I also would like to thank Stark’s Portrait mod as well for some portraits for certain leaders and generals, as well as the Hearts of Darkness mod, from which I took a couple ideas for Ethiopia.
I didn’t include South Africa in this. The excellent TFV Overhaul mod already does good changes for them and is entirely compatible. Any nation I do with a focus tree would probably be it’s own mod on its own anyway. This’ll also apply to any other continent mods I make like this.
