Lebensraum and Historical European Borders
Lebensraum and Historical European Borders is first and foremost a mod to add flavor and versatility to Germany. New events for the Soviet capitulation to Germany, the formation of Reichskommissariats in Western Russia, the formation of a Soviet-American Pact to contain the German Reich, and new names for puppets of Germany all across Europe help to add more immersion to the HOI IV experience.
On top of these changes, dozens of new states in the Balkans, France, Italy, and Denmark help to give an expansionist Germany, Italy, and Bulgaria much more historically accurate borders while keeping plausible alternate history borders possible.
Many new countries such as Northumbria, Wales, Cornwall, Scotland, the Middle Italian Kingdom, the Kingdom of Sicily, and Brittany can be released to partition the UK, France, and Italy.
