War Justification for Democracies [1.10.5]
‘War Justification for Democracies’, or ‘Democracy Unboringed’ is a small mod that makes playing democracies much more fun (and realistic), by removing the restrictions on who democracies can declare war on. While there will still be a lot of sitting around waiting for world tension to go up, once it hits 100%, there’s no holds barred!
At 100% world tension, all democratic states are free to justify and declare war against whatever fascist, commie, cowardly neutral or even (contrary to the Democratic Peace Theory) fellow democratic states that stand between you and victory!
Given the relatively minor scope of the mod, it should be compatible with virtually every mod, except any that fundamentally change how ideologies in HOI4 work.
