Updated for 1.12
This an overhaul mod for Novum Vexillum.
The scope is pretty wide, since I intend to add country flavor as well as new mechanics.
You can pretty much suggest me anything ^^

Fully Compatible with GC

Features

Flavor for 2nd Gulf War (Iraq, USA, UK, Turkey): decisions chains, event chains, one superevent…
Everything was integrated into the main mod, exept the Superevent that stays here is removed for now.

– Debt Mechanic

– Mercenaries Mechanic

– Mobilization Mechanic ( Conscript brigades will spawn in your cored states according to their population )

New Generic Tree 204 focuses) in a separate submod

– Added oil consumption for military and civilian factories, as well as dockyards.
The base oil production has been increased so that nations with less than 10 factories shouldn’t need to import oil.
Technologies can reduce the consumption.

Reduced the factories cost to the vanilla ones (base NVX has 50% more expensive buildings)

– Reduced the resources bonus from infrastructure

Remarks

There are gamerules to disable the debts, mercenary and mobilisation mechanics.
The event Fdebts.4 reduces your debt by one level, if you wanna cheat ^^

Please give me feedback on the mechanics, it’s kinda hard to balance.
