Have you ever wanted to balkanize the HELL out of europe? Have you ever wanted to divide up your enemies upon defeat?
Well now you can with the Releasable States mod!
The releasable states mod adds a TON of releasable nations to Europe, America and more!

WARNING! NATIONS DO NOT START OUT RELEASED! YOU HAVE TO MANUALLY RELEASE THEM!

Since the mod had no manifest, or an updated list of countries, i had nothing but the screenshots and the interpretation of the code to see how many nations there where. If you think a nation is missing from the original mod, you can post about it in the Bug Reports discussion.

This mod no longer edits state files, but rather adds the cores via on_actions. So if you start the game and don’t see the new nations at first, don’t worry! Just unpause and after 1 tick (in-game hour) they should appear.

Compatibility:

The mod should be compatible with any mods that don’t add new countries with tags already used by this one.
Incompatible with Road to 56.

If any mod is incompatible, it must be given a compatibility patch to work with this mod. To use one, just enable it with this mod. Below is a list of verified mods that make Releasable States work with incompatible mods.
