Hearts of Drip
Simple portrait and localization modification that gives the main three Axis leaders (Germany, Italy, Japan) as well as Stalin (Soviet Union) some outstanding drip.
Oh, and Mackensen. He gets some drip too.
I’ve tried to ensure that all leader names referenced in events, focuses, and decisions match the new dripped-up names. Let me know if you see anything I missed.

Q: Why?
A: ‘Cuz why not? For real though, these few portraits served as my introduction to Photoshop and practice for portraits I’m making for a more serious vanilla overhaul modification. No reason otherwise.
Q: Why a portrait for [insert leader here]? Why not [insert literally anyone else here].
A: Typically because I had an idea of how I wanted their portrait to look once edited, or saw something that inspired me to work on that specific leader. When trying to simply create a dripped-up portrait on the fly and without any inspiration, it looks very… empty. Bland. So I do them as the ideas come to me, not in any specific order.
Q: Will you do more portraits?
A: Absolutely. I’ve already added one portrait since the mod went up on September 20th, and I’ve been pretty busy. They’ll trickle in for now but I’ll try to get to a point that as many major leaders as possible are lookin’ fine.
