The spot optimization mod but it works
Works just like the original meaning it offers more benifits to MP than to SP games
CHANGES:
Speed slowdown from lag changed to wait 30 days
Pause from lag changed to 18 days
^if someone lags into oblivion it will pause the game instead of slowing down the speed so he can catch up faster and you can resume at the same speed
Game speed constants changed to lower values, namely to { 1.0, 0.25, 0.1, 0.05, 0.0 } from { 2.0, 0.5, 0.2, 0.1, 0.0}
^This allows for faster in-game speed
MAPICON_GROUP_PASSES changed from 20 to 10 (Fewer = better performance)
EVENT_PROCESS_OFFSET changed to 30 from 20 (Time in days before each event check per country/state. More time before each check = less cpu load)
