Welcome to Novum Vexillum: Anime Conflict! This mod is a submod….. of a submod….
err, of the main mod, "Novum Vexillum"

This mod adds anime portraits to France, Germany, Russia, Iceland, Greenland, Italy, Britain, China, Taiwan, Japan, Cuba, and the United States.

FOR THE RECORD:
ALL CREDIT FOR THE PORTRAITS GO TO THE MOE AND SEKAI DEV TEAMS, I DO NOT TAKE CREDIT OF MAKING THESE PORTRAITS.

I DID THIS BECAUSE I DON’T LIKE LOOKING AT SMELLY OLD MEN.
