Special Military Operations
This mod does a *comprehensive* rework of the HOI4 diplomatic experience and implements the "Special Military Operation", which allows you to launch an attack on a country while being able to avoid declaring "war".
Full Features:
+ Can declare Special Military Operations
+ Can justify Special Military Operations
+ Add "Special Military Operation Support", a measurement of how much your population is willing to participate in a Special Military Operation
+ Add "Special Military Operation Economy", an economic policy that countries can switch over to that allows them access to more civilian and military factories as well as fuel.
+ Lets other countries in your faction join in on Special Military Operations, or call you into theirs
+ Implements merging of Special Military Operations which allow countries to escalate to a "World Special Military Operation"

Obviously, this mod is satire about Putin’s self-termed "Special Military Operation" on Ukraine. This is nothing short of war and the reprecussions for attacking a sovereign, democratic nation while disregarding all diplomatic channels should be systematic and unrelenting.
