Better Names & Flags

Makes names and flags of countries more consistent and less cringe/cursed.
– Most countries have their full official English-language name for *all* ideologies (Vanilla HoI seems to only do this for ideologies that the country doesn’t start with, with their starting ideology just having their common short English name). Some exceptions are present, such as keeping the United Kingdom as the ‘United Kingdom’ and not ‘United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland’ as this would be a bit long and looks quite ugly with how small Great Britain is on the map.
– Names don’t have to be unique to each ideology as they do in Vanilla, so some of the nonsensical names have been removed.
– Slapping ‘Republic of’ on the front of the country doesn’t make it democratic.
– Feel free to suggest any changes/additions
