What is this mod?
This mod adds several modular game rules with the aim to boost game performance. With certain rules enabled, the AI is given a debuff national spirit that makes it unable to do almost anything (players can remove this in decisions if they are playing the country), and the AI will also delete their units (refunded in case a player switches) and will not take decisions. Other game rules give players the choice to delete specific regions of the map (by annexing them into a neutral country).
It is not advised to use all game rules in this mod if you want to preserve game balance.
The mod is most suited for multiplayer roleplay games.
