SCI 1.11 Patchwork
An makeshift patch that makes State Construction Improved by @BasileusRex compatible with No Step Back.
It should work at the moment, however there are some issues with the state view gui, where some building icons will just go out of the window. I probably won’t fix that because of my lack of experience in gui modding and I don’t really have the time to practice gui modding, also this is meant to be a patchwork before @BasileusRex , the original author does a proper update.
