– Elitist ideology has it’s own branch in the focus tree allowing any country to play any ideology
– Added all elitist faction flags and names for all countries
– Added two new contiuous focuses (Build What Builds The Furture and Research Over All)
– Fixed various elitist bugs
– Normalized all focus trees to be identical as well as advisors and such
– Created more potential conflicts
– Lowered nuke air superiority needed to 50%
– Changed recluctance and penalties on all diplomatic deals specifically for factions since it blocked the ability for unique alliances and unlikely friends
Features
– Countries are mostly contiguous and easier to protect yet regionaly limited for stratigic challange
– African Core ‘boosted’ to add intrest and a new dynamic to the otherwise worthless area
– All capitals are now a new super city ‘Megaopolis’ size and bunkered to give more value and use
– No starting alliances, no more everyone wants to murder you when you sneeze on your neighboor, yet alliances can still form
– All countries have the same tech level, starting armies and at least a base level of resources based on territory size and population within reason
– Somewhat balanced ideologies, no huge starting penalties, allows anything to happen. Added Elitist ideology
– Weakened super powers – Russia, England, USA, Germany and added a few new fictional countries
– Play almost any country now and have a real chance
– Created triggers to start wars and events as well as random chance events
– Raised guarenteed independance to 95% war tension and removed ability to guarentee other ideolgies
– Added new potential alliance names which sound more fitting to the creating nation/leader/ideology
– Adjusted some of the South American ideolgies to create some intrest in the region
Future do list:
– Add more potential conflicts for South America and middle east to liven the area up
– Set true AI functions – super agressive, passive agressive, defensive, sneaky/backstabing (waiting on Paradox on this one)
