Immediate Collab Government
This mod makes it so collaboration governments from La Résistance can be made at 0.1% compliance, or almost immediately. It may take a couple days for the game to give you the collaboration government creation notification, after you have gained territory or started the game (if you have colonies as a non-democratic nation).
Also remember, if you refuse the create collab government, there is a decision to do so if you wish to at a later time.

Note: Sometimes the compliance counter will just say ‘No compliance gain’ and you wont be gaining any compliance. I don’t know why this happens, maybe try waiting an in-game month or even restarting.
