A real modern imperial uniform for the last Qing emperor Puyi.

I merged the portrait of Aisin Gioro Puyi (Manchukuo) with the portrait of Chen Shaokuan from Kaiserreich : https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1521695605

Only used for Puyi, emperor of Manchukuo/Qing China but NOT FOR Xuantong when the Mandate of Heaven is reclaimed
