Soviet generals GLOBAL REWORKED
Mod version 1.12 (for game version 1.11.12)

This mod recycles Soviet generals:
1. The portraits of the original generals have been changed
(thank you very much https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2278839306 (the portrait of Grechko was remade by me))
2. Adds generals who were in service in 1936 and allows you to rehabilitate repressed generals.
3. Added solutions that allow:
to call women into the army and assign some women the rank of general (in reality, these women were not generals)
