civil war focus
this mods adds a new focus for all the civil war nations.
you may ask, what is a civil war nation?
a civil war nation are the nations that pop up when a civil war begins, for example Franco´s Spain is a civil war nation, you normaly won´t play as this nations when they pop up, if you want to play as them when one of them is active open up consol and write D + the number of upraising, for example Franco is normaly the first uprising so they would be D01, if you want to recognisement, here is a tip: D01 is brown and normaly Franco, D02 is blue, an D03 is purple.
if you found somenting that isn´t localise please send me a message because i didn´t localise any of my Debug events, so they shouldn´t pop up because i use them to load ustuff, and they shouldn´t apper any more
