Works for 1.11.2 now stop asking or else gulag for you. Allows you to train divisions, fleet, and air force to veteran experience.

Fixed:
Game crashes when enabled.
Unit level resets to "Fresh" when loading up a savefile.

Note:

This is not f*cking Ironman nor Achievement Compatible.

Works with others mods as long they don’t modify the division level modifier.
