1. Tons of new decisions (Historically accurate offensives)
2. Massive amount of events (city fall events for every bigger city in the world and nearly all bigger cities in Russia and Germany, some other historical events )
3. Historical speeches integration(reqires installation of Historical speeches in order to work with some additions from Decisions: Speeches Audio
