这是一个由各种地下艺人组成的秘密电台，潜伏在殖民政府的扫荡压迫之下。他们不甘在法西斯逻辑怪圈里了结一生，也不甘被专制操纵。他们的脑海中创造了一个暖风拂面，自由独立的中国。
中国在上世纪八九十年代同世界一样，同样拥有光辉灿烂的摇滚文化。在这二十年里，成千上万的音乐人创造了“一种社会现实的、个性的焦虑”与宣泄的方式。影响了一代人对青春、自由、才华、独立的追求，一直陪伴着他们。
现在，他们依旧能陪伴我们。
This is a secret station which was established by some underground musicians, in Gao’s regime. They are unwilling to live under fascist dogmas and slavery. So they have constructed a warm, free and independence China in their mind together.
In the 1980s and 1990s, China, like the rest of the world, also had a splendid rock culture. In these two decades, thousands of musicians have created "a social reality, individual anxiety" and a way to catharsis. Accompanied a generation of people, It has affected their ideal of youth, freedom, talent, and independence.
And now, they can still stay with us.
