ver alpha0.9 for Base Game 1.12.*

This mod add decisions which to manage subjects states and more.
You can do like follows:

• Get states from subject
• Give colonial state to subject
• Get resource rights from subject
• Return resource rights to subject

If you have non-core states and subject, new decision is visible.
Currently no PP use for this decisions.

1. Select subject deal with
2. Pick decision "Start Colonial Restructure"
3. Select decisions you want
4. Pick decision "End Colonial Restrucuture"

-Compliance and resistance is saved on states which is transferred.
