Hello and welcome to PillBox20’s Kaiserreich Expansion mod!
This mod was born from my wish to rebalance and fix some things in Kaiserreich. Kaiserreich is my favourite mod and I want to make it better, so I gathered some recommendations from friends and my own observations and got to work. The changes range from slight AI adjustments, to entirely new focuses.

Currently there is new or reworked content for the following nations:

Finland:
-New Focus in the Industrial Branch.
-Rebalanced Army, Navy, Airforce, Industrial branches.
-Shortened delays between the starting events to save time and get you into the action faster.
Cyrenaica:
-The Focus Unification of Libya now gives you 10% stability and moves your capital to Tripoli.
Russia:
-The Army branch’s doctrine paths are fixed to provide proper bonuses.
-The Mobile Warfare branch has reworked focuses which make them more worth while.
-The focus Decentralised Logistics now has a reworked bonus instead of plain -20% Supply Consumption.
Bulgaria:
-Cult to the Tsar finally has the Ferdinand Icon, not Boris’s.
-Renamed to Tsardom of Bulgaria.
-New and reworked Designer Companies.
-Expanded and reworked massively the Rusi Rusev Branch.
-Expanded and reworked the War Reparations Branch.
-The Industrial Branch has a few new focuses, others are rebalanced.
-The Ferdinand I path is reorganised to look better. National Spirits are rebalanced.
-Some national spirits are made into timed ones or completely removed to prevent overflow of national spirits.
-War Preparations now give a timed national spirit with reworked effects.
-Operation Nishava now gives you 25 Political Power.
-Curtail the Military League now gives you 15 Political Power.
-Public Works and Land Clearances now has a tooltip.
-The Bulgarian Commercial Bank national spirit is now removed when you get rid of the Black Monday.
-Descend Upon Western Thrace is now removed. It’s effect is transferred to Renew Pride as well as the bonuses from Integrate the Border Territories.
-With the Imperial Path you should be able to core Constantinople.
-The requirements to form the Bulgarian Empire are eased. You now need to have Serbia as a puppet, capitulated, or to control their land. The timer is removed, and you just need to occupy Constantinople.
-Enforce the Ploesti Oil Lease is now available not only if Romania is a puppet of you, but also if you own their territory. If you own Muntenia you will improve the oil deposit instead of getting rights to it.

I do plan to expand the list of things I fix, rebalance, adjust, reorganise, add to this mod. For now it is nothing solid planned. I don’t mind reading your suggestions, so get to writing if you have something simple and cool that I can look into.
