Moderate wing of the ba’athists can come into power by being made prime minister by the king and are social democrats, the moderates create the United Arab States.

note- this mod primarily changes existing paths, i havent created any new focus trees, only ported the latvian soviet tree to socialist russia, most other paths were made by rewriting existing events and other loc files.
