More Formable Nations

This is an early release. Currently, there are 14 new formable nations added by this mod; the original target for release was 20-30, but I’ve decided to publish the current progress anyway.
Overview
This mod adds a variety of new formable nations that aren’t found in the base game or any of the DLC packages. The wide range of new formables includes historical empires, state mergers that fell through, and even a few fictional geopolitical unions.
List of Formable Nations
- Celtic Union (formable by Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Brittany)
- Caribbean Federation (formable by any Caribbean country, including the releasable ones)
- Songhai Empire (formable by Senegal, Guinea, Mali, [country that sounds like the n word which steam censors] and The Gambia
- Kingdom of Israel (formable only by Israel)
- Crown of Aragon (formable only by Catalonia)
- Southern Arabian Federation (formable by Yemen, Oman and the United Arab Emirates)
- Frankish Empire (formable by Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Navarre, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Occitania
- Tibetan Empire (8th century borders, formable only by Tibet)
- United States of the Guianas (formable by Guyana, Suriname and Cayenne)
- Principality of Moldavia (formable only by Moldova)
- East African Federation (formable by Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania
- United States of Latin Africa (formable by Angola, both Congos, Burundi, Rwanda, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, the Central African Republic, Cameroon and Chad
- Sultanate of Morocco (incorporates Mauritania, formable only by Morocco)
- Carthage (formable by Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Malta, Morocco and Corsica)
