Description:

All major countries in-game can be fragmented… except one!
This mod fixes this by adding 12 new releasable countries in USA and Mexico.
Also:
-Game rules to have USA/Mexico fragmented on game start;
-Dynamic stars on USA flag, depending on actual state number!
