Description:

Focus of the mod is features added/used by the Officer Corps update from NSB. Right now, it is limited to mainly tactics and things that affect tactics, though future versions will end up making changes to the officer corp spirits also.

Phase 1 (Subject to Balance): Balancing tactics, adding extra tactic weights from certain general traits.

Phase 2 (WiP, please share ideas in comments): Overhauling officer corps spirits, adding unique ones based on nation, ideology and doctrine choice (and obs a few default ones).
