More Plane Module Slots
Adds a lot of module slots to the plane designer.
I hate gui modding, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it works.
Update: changed the second upper row of slots to "multipurpose" slots, which can be used for either modules or weapons, and moved the designer icon out of the way.
