Edit: it *seems* that the source of the pic is a now out-of-service Chinese smart phone game, whose name literally translate into "tank legends OL". Can’t confirm that as the game is now dead, and only a handful of screenshots can be found. WTBS, I also can’t confirm whether the game devs commissioned/hired artists to create the pic, or they simply grabbed it from the internet. Again, in either of the cases, too little is known about the origin of the pic.
