Yet another "Ban Railway and Supply Nodes" mod.
Version with no National focus changes is here.
Ban construction for AI and player in construction menu and by national focuses.
Unban construction for a country by decision (only construction). Works only for a player.
Because of changes in "national_focus" files, it is compatible only with 1.11.11 (for now) version of the game. If using with other versions there is a risk of game instability and|or losing some features.
Achievements NOT compatible.
NOT compatible with mods that change the following files:
– "_economic.txt";
– any file in "national_focus" folder.
