New flags
You do not need to have the "No Step Back" DLC, if you want to have a new flag of the Russian Empire, you have to conquer the Tsardom of Russia.
You do not need to have the "Waking the Tiger" DLC, if you want to have a new flag of the German Military Junta.
This mod have new flags for:

– Com. Poland
– Nazi. Germany
– Russian Empire
2.0:
– German Military Junta
– Polish Republic
3.0:
– Japan’s Shogunate
