Gibraltar has two ports
For anyone who was ever annoyed by the fact that you cannot invade Gibraltar from the west.

In vanilla it is not possible to invade Gibraltar from the west, because the province is attached to the eastern seazone. This leads to the invasion arrow never appearing and soldiers refusing to leave the port, simply because Gibraltar blocks the strait that you need to pass to get to Gibraltar.
Mental gymnastics, I know.
This ends now!
Strait is untouched. Only if you hold the rock itself you can block ships from passing.
Left side has only level 1 port
The british focus to "Fortify the Rock" only reinforces the right side.
Should be compatible to anything that doesnt touch Sevilla.
Obviously not ironman-compatible.
