Leader’s perks
Heavily Inspired by "School For Leaders" By PanzerHundCZE (Seriously Check it out if you want to do a unique thing for NON fallout based HOI4 material. here’s the link https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2545036868) I have built this list of decisions to make your Wasteland leader full of the perks that folks like the Lone Wanderer, The Courier, The Chosen One and The Sole Survivor had. All the perks names are based on what they were in Actual Fallout perks.
How this works is you will pay 200 Political power (though number is subject to change) and wait 75 days, and you will get a level. each perk has 5 levels and increases in power and glory.
Note: Input is strongly suggested and wanted, first time mod makers can’t improve by silence
1.5 is now finished, here are the new updates.
1) 5 new perk updates
2)begining of localisation for spanish users
3) updates for a few older updates
1.4 and It’s arguablly one of the largest expansions. here are a few notes on it
1) near rewrites for a majority of previous perks
2) new perk line called implants..which are a 1 time use item that cost a lot of caps, but have a lot of power
3) 6 new Perks
4)descriptions for a majority of them.
1.3: Industry is finished
Jury Rigger = factory Output
Negoiator = PP
Armorer = Armor Growth
Gun = Common weaponry
Updated includes some minor loc documents, tweeks to medic, Gecko Skinner, Master Vendor and a few others. Looked for more ideas
1.2: Caps is done!
Fortune Finder = Passive income increase
Master Vender = Trade bonuses
Nuka Cola Chemists = Consumer and caps inscreases
Gecko Skinner = Caps increases and armor bonuses
1.10: Total War is done
Veteran = Experience Gain
Superior Defender = Defense
Slayer = attack
notE changes were made to to pack rat, scrounger
Current Perks in:
Medic= (Population increase)
Warlord= (Recruitable)
Computer Whiz= (Research)
Pack_Rat= (Attrition)
Scrounger= (Epquiment Capture)
We are seeking around 20 to 30 perks.
