Elite Infantry 2
Improves special forces overall! Don’t you think special forces should be elite infantry units, and not just about the same as infantry but with some terrain modifiers? (excluding basic technology buffs)

Makes base stats of Mountaineers, Marines, and Paratroopers better.
Also:
adds forest and urban terrain buffs to Paratroopers
adds fort and desert terrain buffs to Mountaineers
adds jungle (and river) terrain buffs to Marines
Overall they are much better than before, but not too op. It gives you even more of a reason to make then now.
Increased breakthrough, max strength, organization, soft attack, and hard attack of all 3 special forces, to make them "Elite Infantry".
Mountaineers are the unofficial "Shock Troops", so they are a little better than Marines or Paratroopers. They have even higher max strength, organization, breakthrough, soft attack, hard attack, infantry equipment, and training time.
Not everything is better though, they take longer to train, require more equipment, and take more supply.

This mod does work without the dependency mod, but adds missing tech to the infantry tech folder. Not a big deal.
Also works with the "AI Division Limiter" and "Slightly Increased Special Forces" mods.
