Description:

Description:
This is my personal take on what skills and traits the in-game commanders should have based on history. Some thoughts have gone into balancing as well so it is not *hardcore* realistic: For example Zhukov does not start with Offensive doc trait – he’ll get it soon enough when the bear rolls.

Guidelines used:
Generally speaking each commander has been judged according to when he was at his best/most "popular" during the war. A few examples would be: Rommel now has Desert fox (amongst other traits) and Chuikov has Urban assaulter.

NOTE: The in-game ranks do not correspond with real world ranks due to this new "system" employed by paradox. So as an example dont bother complaining that Paulus is a field marshal. The important bit here is that he is: Skill 2 logistics & planner. NOT the Field marshal bit.

Countries covered so far:
** Germany
** Soviet Union
** UK
** USA
** France
** Italy
** Bulgaria (Have re-named one of the Generals as he was an unknown with a generic portrait)
** Finland
** Hungary
** Romania
** Greece (Have added FM Alexander Papagos, have replaced Gen. Drakos with Gen. Pitsikas)
** Australia
** New Zealand

Changes and updates incoming due to feedback:
** French FM skill point nerfs
** Vatutin will get an additional trait or two

Countries that will be added in future:
** Japan
** South Africa
** Canada
** Norway
** China

Compatibility:
** Not Ironman compatible – well, you cant get achievements that is.
** Will conflict with mods that make changes to history/countries/"x".txt
** Changes will not affect old saves

Feedback:
All constructive criticism and ideas are welcome and will bring about changes *if* I agree ;).
All non-constructive criticism will be deleted: Make your own mod if this is the case.

Cheers and enjoy!
