TNO: Hart Surgery Patch
Notice [2/23]: Submod has been updated to Silicon Dreams
The Hart Presidency, despite the patches so far, is still very buggy. In many ways, the code is still a broken mess, making gameplay either a non-issue or confusing. This submod aims to fix that.
Features:
• Fixes the Streetcorner mechanics and localisation
• Makes Public Transportation and Commerce actually important
• Cleaned up the tooltips for ideas and other things
• Lastly, it fixes an old bug that prevents the CIA from sending military aid to Russian unifiers (except Omsk)
Compatibility:
Tested for Silicon Dreams v.1.4.0b. Not compatible with anything that changes USA’s decisions, events, scripted effects, and localisation.
Because it changes the file "TNO_RUS_scripted_triggers", it’s not compatible with any submods that add new Russian unifiers. It should work with TNO: Brave New World.
