Modern day populations
I updated all the states’ population to their modern day equivalent. This means that Germany’s population is almost 100 million because it included so much more land than today.
We did this by assigning all states to the nation they belong to today and then multiplied the state’s core population by the same factor as the entire nation’s population grew.
Accept for the US states, we did that one manually.
This moves power definitely away from Europe to pretty much everywhere else. Especially the Middle East and Africa.
