Expanded Tuvan States
Adds sixteen new states for Tannu Tuva, which has now been renamed to the "Tuvan People’s Republic" for the sake of accuracy. Most states have no additional building slots, but a few have been given building slots, allowing Tuva to become an industrial powerhouse be somewhat more enjoyable. There is also a minor manpower buff, mostly due to the transition between one state to seventeen individual states.
