Larger Armies
Larger Armies changes several files regarding weapon production costs, mobilization law bonuses, Conscription numbers and their political power costs and also the output of factories and dockyards, I cannot guarentee it’ll be compatible with other mods, especially larger ones like Kaiserreich and TNO.
Larger Armies changes many things, as previously mentioned. However, the thing that’ll most interest you is the larger manpower pools. The reason I made this was because I started to strongly dislike the fact that the AI never made armies upwards of 100-200 divisions accounting somewhere around 900k to 2 Million troops. I like vast scale, with tons of casualties and a need for powerful industry. With this mod, wars like the Japanese Invasion of China will not be walks in the park, millions will die and you will need to produce vast resevoirs of weapons to replace the ones lost by your multi-million man armies. However, Casualties caused by fights are significantly increased, as to keep the lag down a little I have increased the manpower requirements for all Infantry types aswell as the amount of weapons they need.
Things you will need to produce more of then you’re likely use to include.
-Motorized, you need alot more of them to fill out the divisions that tended to use them.
-Rifles, weapon costs and production amounts might be drastically increased but 340 Infantry divisions locked in an merciless war of attrition isn’t exactly nice on your supply lines. You will need alot of guns.
Things you will not need as much of.
-Support Equipment, I’m trying to make the numbers scale to that of the rifle counts so that way you don’t have too much of one thing when you don’t dedicate much production to it but its all sort of experimental right now.
Effects of Volunteer Only-
Much like All Must Serve and Scraping the Barrel, Volunteer only affects your armies preformance aswell as its size. Volunteer only however, is the only one that makes your forces do better rather then worse, as it gives 15% buffs to your army in almost all ways, except for organization amounts.
