I will try my best to answer so don’t despair when you get
no answer immediately
Before Reporting: Test if there are any other mods inflicting the problem. Also check if it may be a problem of the base mod (deactivate the Autobahn mod and see if the issue persists). Last but not least try to unsubscribe and re-subscribe. Sometimes the mod on your machine is just outdated because Steam didn’t update properly.

There is now an extension for people who also use Moereich: Anime Autobahn which adds backgrounds for the ETAX tech tree and the Asymmetric Warfare Doctrine.
