Defcon/Wargames 80’s Themed Map Style
NOT IRONMAN COMPATIBLE
gives hoi4 a retro 80s vibe, sorta like the game defcon and the movie wargames

-removed snow and mud textures so everything appears on a solid black map
-no more weird sun reflection over africa
-removed that weird lighting effect that is usually at the bottom of the map
-river texture removed
-added grayish/white state borders
-added pixelated map font
