This is an improved version of the translation by IWannaKumquat for the mod Revolution or Reaction: Rise of Russia (made for git version of 20.07.2024).
Translation Includes lots of fixes, but doesn’t fix all the errors. The main target of this translation was to make all this mess playable.

Улучшенная версия перевода от IWannaKumquat для мода Revolution or Reaction: Rise of Russia (Версия с гитхаба от 20.07.2024).
Перевод ключает кучу фиксов, но не чинит все ошибки. Основной целью этого было сделать всё это играбельным на английском языке.
